Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Saturday issued a new district-wise list of voters after deleting 37.18 million names from the electronic voters’ list of 2007 and added the names of 36.69 million other persons after verification from National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA). It should be remembered that ECP has published an advertisement in the big newspapers that he work of preparing electronic voters lists will be completed on or before September 30, 2011. A home to home and door to door survey of the staff on duty was also being watched on electronic media and in the newspapers’ advertisements to satisfy the whole nation.
